About Me
About My Partner
I think one of the best things about getting older is becoming less interested in explaining every choice. Sometimes I want company. Sometimes I want an evening completely to myself. I can be very active for several days and then suddenly decide that doing absolutely nothing is a perfectly respectable plan. I used to think these contradictions needed an explanation. Now I think they are simply part of being human. We change depending on the day, the people around us and even our mood at a particular hour. I don't want to force myself into one permanent version just because it would be easier for other people to understand. There are days when I want noise, laughter and movement. There are others when my social battery quietly announces that the office is closed. Both versions are me. Maybe that is why I don't want to create an ideal character for this dating site. If I meet a man here, I would rather he gradually discover a real woman than fall in love with a carefully edited description. I think a good relationship gives people enough space to have different days without immediately wondering what went wrong. And love, at least the kind I would like to experience, should make it easier to be yourself, not harder. I don't need someone to understand every mood instantly. Sometimes it is enough if he doesn't try to fix it.
Horseback riding. I love the special mix of freedom, trust and adrenaline it gives me.
I want to meet the man who will make me wonder how we managed not to meet sooner. And then see what we can build from there.
