I'm sure the club isn't the best place to find love, the same I can say about the bars and other public places. I need more than one evening to understand does this person suit me or not? I will never say "dear" the next day after we meet, I also won't say "I love you" in a week because I'm used to think at less twice before saying something and I believe every our word has a very deep meaning.
It is also a bad idea to build relations at work, it is unprofessional, unethical and just stupid. Everything what happens at work must stay there. Of course I will share my emotions with my loved one but he can't be my colleague.
