From the age of six to twenty, I was engaged in dancing, when I entered the university, I did aerobics and went to the gym at the same time. After graduating from the university, I graduated from the coaching courses and have been working as a coach for two years. I am actively developing in the field of sports and nutrition. In my free time I study psychology. I like to read books on isotherics and put my knowledge into practice. I like to travel both in Ukraine and abroad. I have traveled all over Ukraine, every year I go skiing in the Carpathians. If you choose between the sea or the mountains, then I will definitely choose the mountains. This place is very fascinating and inspiring. I have been abroad in Israel and Italy: Rome, Florence, Bologna, Venice. I really like cozy streets, street cafes with beautiful views. My favorite time of the year is spring, the month of May.
I like to ride a bike, watch the sunset and collect seasonal flowers. I really love animals and madly love nature. I prefer active recreation: water walks, mushroom picking, active sports, camping, swimming under a waterfall.
I love extreme sports and try something new whenever possible. I always look for positive moments in everything and try to take everything from life. I'm only for a healthy lifestyle. Alcohol and smoking are not my way of life. I don't want to poison my body, I'm for inner purity in all aspects. It plays a huge role in my life.
